I’m a Nashville-based photographer with a heart for capturing high school seniors and sweet, joy-filled family moments.
After years of working as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (and loving every minute with my tiny friends), I recently retired- and now I get to pour my whole heart into photography full time. I officially started Gracie Brookes Photography over 12 years ago, inspired by the middle names of my daughters, Kylie Grace and Cassandra Brooke. They’re my world and I wanted a name that felt meaningful and personal- just like the images I love to create.
My photography style is laid-back, casual and just plain fun! I love to engage families in silly games, dance breaks, and laughter. I love capturing family connections during these moments. For seniors, it’s all about showing off you- capturing your style, quirks, passions and beauty.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me on the water (kayaking the Harpeth or dolphin searching on the ocean)- or cozied up in the woods in the cutest little camper, Birdie. Nature is my happy place.
